The client may not modify, alter, resell, or redistribute the logo in any form. The logo may not be used for purposes outside of business branding, including but not limited to merchandise, sublicensing, or reproduction beyond its intended use.

Donna Mindart retains the copyright to all designs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or use of the logo outside of the agreed-upon terms may result in legal action.
